30 Days. No Stress.

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Your item must be:

Unused

In original packaging

In the same condition you received it

Return shipping is on you.
Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Need a Different Color or Size?

Easy. Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll sort out an exchange. You’ll just cover shipping both ways.

What Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

Bottles

Shakers

Food storage products

We also can’t take items that show wear, damage, or odor.

If Something’s Wrong

If your bag arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace it fast, and at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it and confirm by email.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

All discounted, promotional, purchases are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
