What is the Aldrei brand about?

Aldrei isn’t just a backpack brand, it’s a mindset built on discipline, structure, and relentless progress. We design for those on the rise, people balancing training, work, business, and life, who demand gear that keeps pace with their ambition.

What does Aldrei mean?

"Aldrei" means 'never' in Icelandic and symbolises our brand which is built on the foundation of never quitting, never settling for less, and never compromising.

What makes Aldrei backpacks different from others?

Aldrei is more than just another gym bag, it's a system. From the gym, to work, to building your empire, Aldrei has been carefully engineered to provide a place for everything you need to crush your day.

Our bags come equipped with a customisable modular dividers, embedded cooler bag keeping meals cold for 6+ hours without the need for an ice pack, external weightbelt holder to keep reserve internal space for other items, PrepPod specific pocket with containers designed to hold 1-2 servings of your favourite supplements so your not carrying the whole tub, and a seperate tech & accessory sleeve,.

What material is Aldrei made with?

Our backpacks are made with tough 1000D polyester and a 1680D base, providing a balance between premium look & feel and the durability you expect from a premium bag.

Is the backpack waterproof?

Whilst our backpacks aren't 100% waterproof (don't submerge them in water!), they do repel water and are designed to protect your goods from getting wet in the toughest conditions.

What is the PrepPod System?

The PrepPod system is our modular supplement prep container set with a dedicated pocket and compartments inside the backpack. Simply prep 1-2 servings of your supplements in each container, store in each of the slots, and pour into your Aldrei shaker or bottle when you're ready to use them.

What is the Aldrei CleanCore bottle?

The Aldrei CleanCore bottle is self-cleaning bottle with a UV light inside the lid of the bottle that kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria present in your bottle and water.

Shipping & Orders

When will my order arrive?

All orders are usually dispatched between 24-48 hours. For metropolitan areas, your order will take between 2-4 business days for standard post and between 1-2 business days for express post. Please note that for rural/remote areas deliveries could take an additional 2-3 days.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide with free shipping for orders over $250 AUD and free express shipping for orders over $300 AUD. We currently don't ship overseas but stay tuned 😉

Can I track my order?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

returns & warranty

What’s your return policy?

We aim to make returns as simple as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30-days of purchase no questions asked. Products must not be used and must be undamaged.

Do Aldrei products come with warranty?

Yes, all Aldrei products come with 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and things outside of your control. If you think you need to claim warranty on your product, please email us at support@aldrei.com with a brief description of your issue, pictures, and your original order number. We'll aim to respond to you within 48-72 hours.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item(s) have arrived damaged, please reach out to us at support@aldrei.com with pictures of the damaged products and your order number and we'll aim to respond to you within 48-72 hours with a resolution.
